What type of sessions do you offer?
A. I offer portrait sessions of all kinds—from couples, families, newborns, maternity, milestones, and seniors—to boudoir and full wedding
How do I book with you?
A. You can inquire directly through my contact form. Please allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you. We will respond via EMAIL, so be sure and check your spam folder. Sometimes we end up there instead of your inbox.
Where will the session take place?
A. Sessions can be held in my Dresden studio, or at a mutually agreed-upon outdoor location. if you need help choosing a location, I'm happy to suggest options based on your style and vision. I have many favorites that I use frequently and am always excited to try out some new ones. Please note if I'm traveling more than 15 minutes beyond my studio, additional travel fees will apply.
Do you require a retainer?
A. Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due before the date of your session.
How long is a session?
A. The length of your session will vary based on the investment options you select when booking. Most portrait sessions range from 30-90 minutes. Weddings are customizable from just a few hours, to an all inclusive full day package.
What should we wear?
A. I will send a style guide after booking with color palette tips, outfit ideas, and options to help coordinate families or groups. Feel free to send outfit photos for feedback. This also helps determine the vibe you're wanting for your session and allows us to better choose locations that match.
Do you offer props?
A. Yes—basic props are available for studio sessions. These are limited to the current studio set-up and decor at the time of your session. Milestone sessions, such as first birthday cake smash sessions, will have the option to add on a basic cake for an additional fee.
When will I receive my photos?
A. Sneak peeks are not part of my workflow for portrait sessions; instead I dedicate all my time to perfecting your full gallery. My standard turnaround is 4-6 weeks from the date of your session, and 8-10 from the date of your wedding. As a mother with a full and sometimes unpredictable home life, rare delays may occur-should that happen, i will communicate immediately and clearly.
How will my photos be delivered?
A. Final images will be sent in an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
Do you retouch images?
A. All delivered images are professionally edited for color, lighting, and skin retouching, I do not overlay, alter body shape, remove significant features, or create unrealistic edits.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A. We will reschedule outdoor sessions due to severe weather or if illness affects the shoot.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out ASAP. Life happens, we get that! However, in order to respect both our time as well as the time of other clients, all cancellations or reschedules must be done at LEAST 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.
Retainers will transfer to your new session date as long as it is within one year of the original payment date.
Do you travel?
A. Yes—travel is available outside of the local area. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
